Services We Offer

Rental Services Provided — We offer expedited service to meet the needs of our customers, especially other business’. Many of our customers are in the construction industry and get discounts for frequent ordering. We offer storage at the customers own site. So they don’t have to deal with a gate and a keypad and everything else that goes along with a mini storage rental. There is no limit to the length of a rental.

Sales and Modifications — We offer many custom modifications. Roll-up doors in 44”, 48”, 77” and 96” width, windows of all sizes, partial walls, sky lights, man doors, and other customizations are available on request. We have customized all of our designs to be durable, secure, and weatherproof for the life of the container. We also paint the container, this is our most commonly ordered modification.

Delivery — We use Ford F-350’s equipped with four wheel drive to deliver the containers. We use our own custom built trailers to deliver the containers. Our trailers have been designed to get into tight places where other companies wouldn’t be able to deliver. There are some specific space requirements for a container delivery, depending on which size the customer requests. 40’ we need 105’ long and 9’ wide to deliver. This is 40’ for the container and 60’ in front of that for the truck and trail to pull out from under it and drive away. For a 20’ container to be delivered we need 35’ long and 9’ wide.
